The wheels wear mainly on the inner edge. Every so often, swap their positions and flip them to the other side so that they wear evenly.

Which frames does the set of 8 fit?

Four-wheel frames that take 100 mm wheels (4×100 mm layout). Eight wheels is a full replacement for both skates.

What does 4×100 mm give me compared with larger wheels?

A lower centre of gravity. Your foot is closer to the ground than with 110 or 125 mm wheels, which improves lateral stability and takes strain off your ankles, while rolling over long distances remains good.

Will 85A work on a worse surface?

Yes. Hydrogen polyurethane has high rebound, so the wheels absorb the micro-vibrations of rough asphalt and do not lose the speed you have built up.

Can I use 8 wheels on three-wheel skates?

You can, but you will be left with two spare wheels. There is a separate set of 6 for the 3×100 mm layout.
