Them 909 WKND 80 orange are THEM aggressive skates from a limited series made with WKND, a skateboard maker from Los Angeles. The 909 model, the successor to the 908, has a shell made of composite polymer that is wider than before and an adjustable cuff. - The boot stabilises the foot strongly on drops and landings, and the composite material resists wear. The shell is wider than in previous THEM models.

- You choose the cuff setting to suit your style: for more stability or for more freedom of ankle movement.

- Thick, dense foam settles to the shape of your foot over the first few skates. A wider tongue, better heel cushioning and an antibacterial agent that reduces unpleasant odour.

- Thickened inner walls wear down more slowly, the new shape of the backslide groove helps you keep balance in royals, and a widened plate at the heel and a bigger soul space make grinds easier.
- Frame made of fibreglass-reinforced plastic
- The injection-moulded frame withstands the loads of drops and hard landings better.
- Flat or anti-rocker setup
- In flat you skate on four wheels up to 58 mm. In anti-rocker you replace the middle wheels with small, hard grind wheels, and the outer ones can be up to 60 mm.

Choosing your size
Sizes are described by an EU number and a length range in millimetres. Measure your foot standing up, from heel to longest toe, and compare the result with this range. Aggressive skates should hold the foot tightly, with no slack at the heel.
The Intuition liner made of dense foam settles to your foot within the first few skates, so a new boot may feel tight at first. With a very wide foot, try the skates on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

Measure your foot in millimetres (heel against the wall, to the tip of your longest toe) and choose an insole equal to that length or 2–5 mm longer. Full measuring guide
Care and servicing
After a session, take the liner out and dry it outside the shell. The soulplate and frame wear down on grinds — when they are badly worn, replace them with new ones.
Questions and answers
What are the biggest wheels I can fit in the Them 909?
In the flat setup, 58 mm. In anti-rocker the outer wheels can be up to 60 mm, and in the middle you fit small anti-rocker wheels.
Will the liner fit my foot?
Yes. The Intuition liner made of thick, dense foam settles to the shape of your foot over the first few skates, so a new boot may feel tight at first.
How does the WKND edition differ from other Them 909?
In colourway and signature: it is a limited, orange version made with WKND, a skateboard maker from Los Angeles. The shell, Intuition liner, SoulPlates 3.0 and frame belong to the 909 model.
How does the 909 differ from the previous 908 model?
The 909 is the successor to the 908, launched in 2018. Compared with older THEM models it has a wider shell made of a new polymer, plus a fourth-generation Intuition liner and SoulPlates 3.0 with thickened walls.
Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?
Yes. You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return), and the buyer covers the return shipping. Exchanging a size means a return and a new order.
