Ultrasonic cleaning of skate bearings and parts is a Bogdanca service: ultrasound flushes old grease, sand and dust out of the bearing, with no mechanical interference with its components. Washing, rinsing and drying with compressed air usually takes 20–30 minutes. On request we lubricate the bearings with oil or grease. You bring the parts to the shop or send them by post.

When to choose something else

Your bearings have noticeable play or signs of corrosion on the raceways — washing won't undo that, and you will need new bearings.

If you order washing only, without lubrication, apply oil or grease before your first skate — a dry bearing wears out quickly.

Yes. The waves remove dirt and old grease without interfering with the rolling elements or the bearing's internal clearance, so it is a gentler method than washing by hand.

How long does cleaning take?

Usually 20–30 minutes: washing, rinsing and drying with compressed air. With the postal service, the whole process, from sending the parcel to receiving the finished parts, usually takes 3–5 working days.

Can I send my bearings instead of coming to the shop?

Yes. You add the service to the basket, get a ready shipping label by email and send the parcel from a Paczkomat; transport in both directions is charged extra. It goes fastest if you send the parcel in the morning.

Are the bearings lubricated after washing?

Yes, if you ask. We apply oil or grease chosen for your riding style — say so when placing your order.

What else besides bearings can I hand in for cleaning?
