In brief
Bladerunner Igniter Ice W silver/blue ice skates are a women’s recreational model for city rinks and learning to skate. The construction inspired by inline skate boots gives comfort without breaking in, the velour lining keeps the warmth in, and the stainless steel hockey blades resist corrosion. The boot is narrower and has a more delicate flex than the men’s version. New skates need sharpening.

Who it’s for
- You go to the city rink in winter and want skates that are comfortable from the first outing.
- You know the feel of an inline skate boot and are looking for a similar hold on the ice.
- You have a narrower foot and the boot feels too loose in men’s models.
When to choose something else
- You plan figure skating with spins — choose figure skates with toe picks on the blade.
- You are looking for stronger insulation — Igniter XT Ice W has a Thinsulate layer and synthetic fur.
Key features
- Construction like inline skate boots
- The boot is comfortable straight away and does not need breaking in, as is often the case with classic figure and hockey skates.
- Cut for a woman’s foot
- A narrower boot and a more delicate flex than the men’s version: the foot sits more securely, and the cuff bends more easily at a lower body weight.
- Stainless steel hockey blades
- They stay sharp for a long time and resist corrosion; they have no toe picks to catch on during ordinary skating.
- Velour lining
- Soft to the touch and warm, also on longer outings.
- For indoor and outdoor rinks
- Stainless steel and a solid shell cope with damp and changeable conditions outdoors.

Questions and answers
How do Igniter Ice W differ from the men’s version?
The cut. The women’s version has a narrower boot, a more delicate flex and its own colour scheme, here silver/blue.
Are the skates sharpened at the factory?
No. New skates need sharpening before the first skate. We can do the sharpening in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław, and you will also find the service in the service section.
Which size should I choose?
The one that matches your foot length: EU 38 is 24 cm, EU 40.5 is 26 cm. Between sizes, take the larger one.
Does this model come in another colour?
Yes, in the black/pink version. The construction is the same, only the colour differs.
Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?
Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return). The buyer covers the return shipping, and a size exchange means a return and a new order.
