Questions and answers

What do the abbreviations JR and REG in the name mean?

JR is junior, the category for children and young people. REG is the fit for a standard-width foot, and the WID designation refers to a wider foot.

How do I choose the size for my child?

Measure your child's foot in centimetres and compare it with the length given for each size. Hockey skates have their own scale, so do not carry over the number of your everyday shoes one to one; if in doubt, try them on in the shop.

Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return) without giving a reason, and the buyer covers the return shipping. Exchanging a size means a return and a new order.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, free of charge in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław. In the shop you can also try the skates on before buying.
