Care and servicing
Swap the wheels around regularly so that they wear evenly. Before an evening skate, leave them in the light — the Glow effect is then stronger.
Questions and answers
Do the wheels glow when I am standing still?
Yes, thanks to the Glow effect. The LEDs work only in motion, but once charged in daylight the wheels give off a blue glow even when they are not turning.
Are batteries needed?
No. The LEDs are powered by a built-in dynamo activated by the magnetic spacer from the set, so there are no batteries and no charging.
Are 4 wheels enough for a pair of skates?
No. The set is 4 wheels and 4 spacers, which is one four-wheel skate; for a pair order two sets.
Do they fit skates with 6 mm axles?
Yes, once you add reducer spacers bought separately — see spacers and axles. The wheels are made for 8 mm axles and 608 bearings as standard.
Are there other colours with the Glow effect in 76 mm?
Yes: white fluorescent, green fluorescent and yellow Sunray Glow.
