In brief

The Rollerblade Maxxum Edge 90 W in pink/navy (raspberry and sapphire) are women's skates for dynamic fitness and fast city skating. A stiff, ventilated shell with an anatomical shape stabilises the ankle joint, the High Performance liner with Active Airflow ventilates the foot, and the 280 mm aluminium frame guides Supreme 90 mm / 85A wheels on ILQ-7 Plus bearings.

Who it’s for

You skate dynamically — fitness training, fast rides around town — and want women's skates with a hard boot.
You skate for a long time and care about a breathable interior and heel cushioning.
You want the movement of your foot to go straight to the wheels — three-point fastening holds it firmly in place.

When to choose something else

You are starting to learn and prefer a soft, comfortable boot — see the Macroblade 84 Boa W.
You plan skatepark and tricks — choose aggressive skates.

Key features

Stiff shell with an anatomical shape: It stabilises the ankle joint and fits the foot well, and ventilation limits overheating during intensive skating.
High Performance liner with Active Airflow: The Active Airflow system improves breathability on longer sessions, and the heel cushioning increases comfort on uneven asphalt.
280 mm aluminium frame: Stiff and stable, it transfers push-off force well and holds direction at higher speeds.
Supreme 90 mm / 85A wheels: The large diameter holds speed longer, and 85A hardness works on asphalt in the city and on routes.
Twincam ILQ-7 Plus bearings: They give the smooth rolling and manoeuvrability needed for fast city skating.
Micro buckle, 45° strap and lacing: Three fastening elements hold the foot in place, so every movement passes precisely to the wheels.

Care and servicing

Every few dozen hours of skating, swap the wheels around and rotate them to the other side, because they wear mainly on the inner edge. After skating in the rain, dry the skates, and clean the bearings or take them to service.

Questions and answers

Is the Maxxum Edge 90 W suitable for a beginner?

Rather for women who already skate. The stiff boot and 90 mm wheels work best when you have braking mastered and want to skate faster and more intensively.

How do they differ from the Maxxum Edge 90 without the W?

The W means the women's version. Both have a 280 mm aluminium frame, Supreme 90 mm / 85A wheels and Twincam ILQ-7 Plus bearings.

Are these skates for the city or for fitness?

For both. The stiff shell and 90 mm wheels work well for fast city skating, and the breathable liner with heel cushioning on long fitness sessions.

What should I do if the size does not fit?

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return), and the buyer covers the return shipping. Exchanging a size means a return and a new order.
