Choosing your size
When choosing a size you will see the length in millimetres next to the EU number: measure your foot from the heel to the tip of the longest toe and compare the result with this value.
You can try the skates on in our shops in Poznań and Wrocław. For an order by post, a size exchange means a return (you have 14 days for it) and a new order.

Care and servicing
After skating, wipe the blades dry, even though stainless steel is rust-resistant, and wipe the PVC sole with a damp cloth. We can do the sharpening in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.
Questions and answers
Are Diva suitable for a beginner?
Yes. This is a model for beginner and intermediate skaters: the reinforced upper supports the ankle, and the soft lining makes longer sessions on the ice easier.
Are the skates ready to use straight out of the box?
No. They need professional sharpening before the first skate. We can do the sharpening in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław, and you can also send the skates in for sharpening.
How do Diva differ from Aurora W?
Diva has Thinsulate insulation, a white/gold finish and blades anodised in rose gold. Aurora W has a lining of fur, velour and foam and a white/silver finish. Both models are for beginner and intermediate skaters.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your foot in millimetres and compare it with the length given next to the EU number; if in doubt, try the skates on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.
Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?
Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return). The buyer covers the return shipping, and a size exchange means a return and a new order.
