Who it’s for

  • You are looking for an alternative to triskate skates and want smooth city skating on 90 mm wheels.
  • You cover longer distances and need a stiff, durable boot that can be configured.
  • You have a high instep — the shell has a slightly open shape that supports the foot in that situation, too.

When to choose something else

  • You prefer smaller wheels and a shorter frame because manoeuvrability matters more to you — see the FR1 80 or the FR1 84.

Key features

White Urban Speed 90 mm / 85A wheels
A bigger diameter means a higher cruising speed and a smoother ride over bumps, and 85A grips on asphalt.
FR 4D frame, 273 mm
The long frame stabilises the skate at speed, and the 165 mm SSM metal plates fit four- and three-wheel frames.
PU/PP shell with a slightly open shape
It supports the foot with a high instep, too; the replaceable side slider protects the boot.
Cuff with 16 settings
You fit the height and tilt angle to your own build.
Laced liner with a shock absorber
The anatomical liner holds the foot, and the shock absorber absorbs shocks on an uneven surface.

Care and servicing

The liner is removable, so after skating dry it separately from the shell.

Questions and answers

How do the FR1 90 differ from the FR1 84 and FR1 80?

In the wheels and the frame length. The FR1 90 has 90 mm wheels and a 273 mm frame, the FR1 84 has 84 mm wheels and a 255 mm frame, and the FR1 80 has 80 mm wheels and a 243 mm frame. The cuff on the FR1 90 has 16 settings, on the FR1 80 four positions.

Can I fit a three-wheel frame?

Yes. The 165 mm SSM metal mounting plates are compatible with four- and three-wheel frames.

Are the FR1 90 suitable for a beginner?

Rather not. This is a model for intermediate and advanced city and freeride skaters.

Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The buyer covers the return shipping, and exchanging for another size means a return and a new order.
