In brief

Impala Lightspeed Camo are recreational skates in a camo pattern, ready to skate straight out of the box. The durable plastic shell stabilises the ankle, the composite frame lets you set the wheels to rocker, and the 70 mm / 84A wheels roll on ABEC 7 bearings. You put them on quickly thanks to the buckle and laces.

Who it’s for

  • You are starting to skate and want a steady boot that you can quickly fasten with a buckle and laces.
  • You skate calmly around the park, the promenade or city paths and put comfort before speed.
  • You are looking for skates that stand out with their pattern — camo in the retro cut of the Lightspeed model.

When to choose something else

  • You plan jumps, slalom and skating along kerbs — the composite frame is for recreational skating; urban and freeskate skates will be tougher.
  • You want to cover long, fast training routes — on 70 mm wheels you will tire sooner than on bigger ones; see other fitness skates.

Key features

Durable plastic shell
It stabilises the ankle, so at the start it is easier to keep your balance and steer the skate straight.
Thick, soft lining
The anatomical shape of the inner boot and thick padding prevent chafing.
Composite frame riveted to the boot
It is light, impact-resistant and absorbs vibration from an uneven surface.
70 mm / 84A wheels
The smaller diameter keeps the foot low to the ground, which makes learning easier, and the moderate hardness gives a smooth ride and good grip.
Rockering option
With the wheels set to rocker, the skate turns more tightly — useful in bends and tight passages.
Heel brake and keys in the set
The brake helps you control your speed at the start, and with the two Allen keys you can adjust the skates yourself.

Choosing your size

Next to each EU size we give the insole length in millimetres. Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe, in the socks you will skate in, and choose the size you fit into.

The thick lining settles slightly over time, but it will not remove play in a boot that is too big — if you fall between sizes, try the skates on in Poznań or Wrocław.

The table shows the model’s full size range, including sizes that come only in other colours.

Measure your foot in millimetres (heel against the wall, to the tip of your longest toe) and choose an insole equal to that length or 2–5 mm longer. Full measuring guide

In the box

  • Pair of Impala Lightspeed skates
  • Heel brake
  • Two Allen keys

Care and servicing

After skating, dry the lining away from a radiator. Swap the wheels around from time to time, and replace a badly worn brake pad with a new one.

Questions and answers

Are the Impala Lightspeed suitable for beginners?

Yes. The hard shell stabilises the ankle, the 70 mm wheels keep the foot low to the ground, and a brake is in the set.

Is the brake included?

Yes. The heel brake is in the box together with two Allen keys, and it can be removed when it is not needed.

What does the rocker setting give me?

Tighter turns. In the rocker setting the outer wheels are raised, so the skate turns more easily in bends. To start with, the flat setting is more stable.

How do I choose the size?

Measure your foot in millimetres and compare it with the insole length for the EU size. If in doubt, try the skates on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The buyer covers the return shipping, and exchanging for another size means a return and a new order.
