In brief

Micro Delta Force II are freestyle slalom skates with a heat-mouldable carbon fibre shell and cuff and a microfibre upper. EU sizes 35–40 roll on 4 × 76 mm wheels, and EU 41–46 on 4 × 80 mm, both variants 85A. The frame is CNC-milled Melt2 aluminium with rockering, and the bearings are Micro Twincam ILQ-9 Pro Urban Plus.

Who it’s for

  • You train freestyle slalom and want a stiff, carbon boot that transfers the movement of the foot to the wheels without delay.
  • You have a foot where factory shells press somewhere, and you care about a boot that can be heat-moulded.
  • You skate on the first version of the Delta Force and are looking for a successor with a lighter frame and a new wheel compound.

When to choose something else

  • You mainly plan long recreational routes — fitness skates will be more comfortable.
  • You want to skate at the skatepark and grind — see aggressive skates.

Key features

Carbon fibre shell and cuff
Carbon is light and very stiff, so the skate responds to the smallest movement of the foot in quick edge changes.
Heat-moulding of the shell
After heating, the shell adapts to the shape of the foot, which removes pressure where the factory shape does not fit.
Rockered CNC frame in Melt2 aluminium
The milled frame is stiff and lighter than on the Delta Force I, and the rockering makes spins on the front and rear of the skate easier — the basis of slalom figures.
Memory fit foam insole
The memory foam settles under the foot, so the boot holds it securely and without pressure points.
Closure of three elements
The safety buckle, the 45° buckle at the ankle and the velcro strap at the toes press the foot in three zones.
Wheels matched to the size
Smaller feet get 76 mm, larger ones 80 mm, so the skate keeps its proportions to the length of the boot. The wheel compound is new compared with the Delta Force I.

Care and servicing

Ask about heat-moulding the shell at our service point in Poznań or Wrocław — do not heat the carbon yourself. Rotate the wheels regularly, because in slalom they wear unevenly.

Questions and answers

What wheels do the Delta Force II have?

85A with a round profile: 4 × 76 mm in EU sizes 35–40 and 4 × 80 mm in EU sizes 41–46.

How do the Delta Force II differ from the first version?

They have a lighter frame and a new wheel compound compared with the Delta Force I.

Are they suitable for a beginner?

Yes, if you want to train slalom from the start. The stiff carbon boot and rockered frame are less forgiving than recreational skates, though, so they give the most once you already skate confidently.

Can the shell be heat-moulded?

Yes. The carbon fibre shell with the carbon cuff can be fitted to the shape of the foot after heating. Ask about this service at our service point in Poznań or Wrocław.

What should I do if the size does not fit?

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, and the buyer covers the return shipping. Exchanging for another size means a return and a new order.
