In brief

Rollerblade Crossfire LX black/lime are freestyle slalom skates with a one-piece shell made of carbon fibre and microfibre in which the liner is built in permanently. They have a very stiff 243 mm aluminium frame (231 mm in EU 36–40) with rockering on the axles, Hydrogen SE 80 mm / 85A wheels (76 mm in the smaller sizes) and ILQ-9 Classic Plus bearings.

Who it’s for

  • You train freestyle slalom and want a boot in which nothing shifts — the built-in liner gives a direct feel and transfer of force.
  • You skate dynamically in the city and practise technique, quick manoeuvres and turns.
  • You know the previous Crossfire and are looking for a better fit: new padding, heel and ankle pockets and a narrower profile of the boot.

When to choose something else

  • You want to replace worn sliders — on the LX they are built into the shell; the previous Crossfire model has replaceable sliders.
  • You need a brake for learning to skate — the LX has no brake; see skates for beginners.

Key features

One-piece shell with a built-in liner
Carbon and microfibre form a single whole with the padding, so the foot has no play and every movement goes straight to the frame.
New fit
New padding and tongue, anatomical pockets for the heel and ankles and a dynamic PSI+ insole stabilise the foot and reduce fatigue in long sessions.
Slimmer profile
The boot wraps the foot more snugly and guides the skate more precisely between cones.
Velcro straps at the toes
They lock the toes in a fixed position, which adds precision in quick edge changes.
Sliders integrated with the shell
Built-in sliders slim the skate down, which helps in tight slalom figures; they are not replaceable.
Stiff frame with rockering on the axles
The aluminium does not flex on a hard push-off, and the axle setting lets you choose between stability and manoeuvrability.

Choosing your size

Next to each size we give the EU number and the length in millimetres. Measure your foot while standing, from the heel to the longest toe, and compare it with that length.

The liner is built into the shell, so you cannot correct the fit with different padding — the length must be right straight away. In EU sizes 36–40 the skate has a 231 mm frame and 76 mm wheels. If you are on the border between two sizes, try both on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

Measure your foot in millimetres (heel against the wall, to the tip of your longest toe) and choose an insole equal to that length or 2–5 mm longer. Full measuring guide

Care and servicing

The liner does not come out of the boot, so after skating undo the buckles, loosen the laces and leave the skates to dry in a ventilated place, away from a radiator.

Questions and answers

Can the liner in the Crossfire LX be taken out?

No. The liner is integrated with the carbon shell. This gives precision and better energy transfer, but the boots must be dried with the fastenings undone.

Is the brake included?

No. The Crossfire LX is sold without a brake.

How does the LX differ from the previous Crossfire?

It has a liner integrated with the shell, new padding with pockets for the heel and ankles, a slimmer profile, new straps at the toes and sliders built into the shell instead of replaceable ones.

What mounting spacing does the frame have?

SSM 165 / 150 mm mounting. If you are looking for a replacement frame, we will check the spacing for your size in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?

Yes. You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, and the buyer covers the return shipping. Exchanging for another size means a return and a new order.
