Care and servicing

Clean the bearings with extraction naphtha or kerosene, avoid water and soap, and then lubricate them with oil or grease. Take them out of the wheels carefully, without prising them out.

Questions and answers

How do the gold Stelior steel bearings differ from the titanium and black ones?

The coating. The gold ones are chrome steel with a gold Gold-TiN titanium coating, the titanium ones have a coloured titanium coating, and the black ones have a black oxidation that protects against corrosion.

Are they better than ABEC 9 and Twincam ILQ-9?

Yes, Stelior states greater precision and speed than ABEC 9 bearings and smoother rolling and better protection than ILQ-9. The ABEC scale itself only describes manufacturing tolerances.

Will they fit my skates?

Yes, if you have 608 bearings (8 × 22 × 7 mm) — this is the standard in Rollerblade, FR Skates, Powerslide, K2, Seba, Roces, USD, Micro, Bont and many other skates.

How many bearings do I need for my skates?

16 for a pair of four-wheel skates — two for each of the eight wheels. This set has exactly that many pieces.

Can I return the bearings if they do not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return). The buyer covers the return shipping.
