Choosing your size
Next to each EU size we give the insole length in millimetres. Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe, in the socks you will skate in, and choose the size you fit into.
If you fall on the border between two sizes, try the skates on in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

Measure your foot in millimetres (heel against the wall, to the tip of your longest toe) and choose an insole equal to that length or 2–5 mm longer. Full measuring guide
Care and servicing
When the side slider has worn down almost to the shell, replace it with a new one before the boot starts to suffer. Rotate the 110 mm wheels between positions from time to time so they wear evenly.
Questions and answers
What is a triskate?
It is a skate on three wheels instead of four. The larger diameter — here 110 mm — gives higher speed and a smoother ride on uneven asphalt.
Can the frame be moved under the boot?
Yes. The shell has aluminium plates with five threaded holes, which let you set the position of the frame more precisely.
How do the FR Neo 2 Dual 310 differ from the FR Neo 1 Dual 80 Intuition?
In the wheel layout and the liner. The Neo 2 has three 110 mm wheels on a 240 mm frame and the Neo liner, while the Neo 1 has 80 mm wheels on a 243 mm frame that can be rockered and the Intuition liner. The Neo 2 is for fast city skating, the Neo 1 for freeride, slalom and jumps.
Can the side slider be replaced?
Yes. The slider protects the boot in falls and slides and is easy to replace.
Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?
Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The buyer covers the return shipping, and exchanging for another size means a return and a new order.
