Who it’s for

Choosing your size
Ember has unisex sizing and medium width (Medium). Measure your foot from the heel to the tip of the longest toe and compare the result with the length in millimetres given for each size, next to the EU and US number. If you fall between sizes, take the larger one.

Care and servicing
After skating, dry the upper and wipe the blades dry. Do not heat the upper yourself — this model does not need heat-moulding. The blades are not sharpened at the factory; we can do the sharpening in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.

Are the blades sharpened?
No. The blades of new skates are not sharpened at the factory. We can do the sharpening in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław, also straight away at the fitting.
What skating level is Ember for?
For beginner and intermediate level. It is a recreational model (Riedell Range 1) with Support 30 stiffness — comfortable and stable for the first seasons and skating outdoors.
Do Ember need heat-moulding?
No. It is a soft-to-medium recreational boot, and comfort comes from the soft collar and the flexible construction; heating the upper yourself is not recommended.
Does Ember come in another colour?
Yes, in caramel brown: Riedell Ember Cider.
Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?
Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract (return). The buyer covers the return shipping, and a size exchange means a return and a new order.
