Each size is listed with its length in millimetres. Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe, ideally in the evening and in the sock you will skate in, and compare the result with this value.

After skating, take the liner out so that it dries, and swap the wheels around every few dozen hours of skating, because they wear unevenly.
