In brief

Rollerblade Twincam ILQ-7 Plus skate bearings are 16 pieces in size 608, i.e. for an 8 mm axle. Each bearing has 7 chrome steel balls, and the inside is protected by shields and nylon cages. Lubricated with Japanese Kyodo grease. They fit every type of skate and are enough for a set of eight wheels.

Axle diameter: 8 mm (608 size: 8 × 22 × 7 mm)
Material: chrome steel balls, 7 in each bearing

Who it’s for

The factory bearings in your skates run heavily or hum and you want to replace them in the whole pair at once.
You skate recreationally, in the city or for fitness and need a proven Twincam set, not racing bearings.
You have skates of any brand with 608 bearings — that is the standard in the vast majority of skates.

When to choose something else

You skate fast or train slalom and want bearings with six larger balls — see Twincam ILQ-9 Pro.

Key features

7 chrome steel balls: A classic skate bearing construction; hard chrome steel copes well with everyday skating on asphalt and paving stones.
Shields and nylon cages: The shields close the bearing against sand and dust, and the cage keeps the balls evenly spaced.
Kyodo grease from Japan: The bearings are lubricated, so once pressed into the wheels they are ready to skate straight away.
608 size: The most popular skate standard: 8 mm axle bore, 22 mm outside diameter, 7 mm width.
Set of 16: Two bearings per wheel, i.e. replacing the bearings in all eight wheels of a pair of four-wheel skates at once.

Care and servicing

After skating in the rain, take the bearings out of the wheels and dry them the same day. When they start to hum or slow down, take them for cleaning and lubrication to the service in Poznań or Wrocław.

Questions and answers

How many wheels is this set enough for?

Eight. Two bearings work in each wheel, so with 16 pieces you replace the bearings in a whole pair of four-wheel skates.

Do these bearings fit my skates?

Yes, if your wheels take 608 bearings for an 8 mm axle — that is the standard in the vast majority of skates. The ILQ-7 Plus suit every type of skate.

How do they differ from the Twincam ILQ-9 Pro?

The ILQ-9 Pro have 6 larger balls instead of 7, SCRS rubber shields and TK Racing Gel instead of Kyodo grease; they are designed for speed skating and slalom. The ILQ-7 Plus is a versatile set for every kind of skate.

Can I return the bearings if they do not fit?

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The buyer covers the return shipping.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, free of charge in our shop in Poznań or Wrocław.
