Choosing your size
A size is an insole length range, e.g. 175–205 mm, i.e. EU 28–32; you choose it on the product page.
Measure your child's foot in millimetres (heel against a wall, a mark at the end of the longest toe) and use the longer foot.
The skates last longest when the foot falls in the lower half of the range. With a foot close to the upper limit of the range there is no room to grow — then a larger range will be better.

Care and servicing
Every few weeks of skating, rotate the wheels between positions and swap sides — they wear on the inner edge. After skating in the wet, take out the bearings and dry them the same day.
Questions and answers
Aren't three wheels too hard for a child?
They needn't be. The 80 mm wheels are larger than in typical kids' skates, so the skate goes faster, but the low Lo-Bal frame keeps the foot close to the ground. Fit the brake from the set to start with.
