Choosing your size
You extend the shell with the button on the side of the skate to the marking that corresponds to the size. Measure your child's foot in millimetres and compare it with the insole length given for the range you choose.
Choose the range in which the foot falls at its start — then there is room for the following sizes. On the border between two ranges, try the skates on in Poznań or Wrocław.

Care and servicing
After every change of size, check that the shell is locked and the wheel axles are tight. Dry wet padding at room temperature, away from a radiator.

Can the brake be taken off?
Yes. The brake is standard, and once your child has mastered braking with other techniques, you can remove it.
What does a semi-soft boot mean?
It is a semi-soft construction: comfortable like a soft boot, but with ankle support. For a child who is learning, it is a sensible compromise.
Can I return the skates if the size does not fit?
Yes. You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, the buyer covers the return shipping, and exchanging for another size means a return and a new order.
